This is the first newsletter from Dr. Michael Pasquale and his staff here in Honolulu, Hawaii - which we tongue in cheek call the "Doctor 808 BeautyGram". Doctor Pasquale's Beauty Tips

Vitamin C Créme and age spots.

As many of you know -- especially our asian clients, those brown spots start to appear as you grow older, which gives away your age. It is a constant battle to keep that porcelain complexion you once had. One secret is to use a vitamin C créme (at least 10%) along with a whitening créme. The Vitamin C has not been clinically shown to lighten on its own but does enhance the action of the lightening créme. Dr. Pasquale has an excellent regiment for counteracting these age spots in Asians as well as Caucasians which he will recommend after a complete skin analysis at consultation.

Exercise and plastic surgery.

Dr. Pasquale as a Board Certified Plastic Surgeon surprisingly feels that there is one thing you can do for yourself more so than anything in plastic surgery will do for you. That is exercise, exercise and more exercise. As an avid Kick boxer (who actually challenged Dr. Ray of Dr90210 fame to a match) Dr. Pasquale works out 5 days a week with weights, jump roping and two days a week with full contact Muay Thai. "This has added more to my appearance than the best plastic surgery ever could have." states Dr. pasquale.
